3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 995bet is ৳100. This limit applies to all payment methods. Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200 and the total balance will be ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may be used only once and within the specified validity period.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method will be blocked.
• 995bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

The 995bet VIP program has five tiers. Players can move up to higher tiers through regular play, and the weekly cashback rate increases at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

995bet reserves the right to refuse any bet. If a technical error or incorrect odds are displayed, the affected bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned. Bets other than live bets cannot be changed or cancelled after the actual event has started.

5.2 Match Results

995bet uses internationally recognised data sources to determine bet outcomes. If any dispute arises regarding the announcement of a result, the decision of 995bet shall be considered final.

5.3 Slots and Casino Games

All slots and casino games are operated by certified software providers. RTP (Return to Player) information for each game can be found in that game's description. 995bet does not guarantee specific winnings.

5.4 Manipulation and Misconduct

Any form of manipulation, exploiting software errors, or participating in coordinated fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and associated winnings may be forfeited.

6.1 Self-Control Tools

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If a user wishes to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period, they can make a request via live chat. If an attempt is made to open a new account while self-exclusion is active, that account will also be closed.

7.1 Rights of 995bet

995bet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

7.2 Closure by the User
